John, our owner, was born and raised in Jordan, NY. Before he could walk, he showed great interest in machines and equipment. By the age of 7, he was caring for his family’s yard, doing all of the mowing and maintenance as well as special landscape projects. John graduated early from high school to spend the 2021 Harvest Season in the Midwest. Upon his return, he decided to pursue his dream of owning his own business and eventually established McGinn Property Services, LLC in 2022.

For snow removal and lawn mowing, billing is completed at the end of each month. For larger projects, we require a 50% deposit before starting and the remaining 50% upon project completion.
While routine mowing services do not require a contract, certain projects may require one to ensure clarity and alignment on scope and terms.
No, we currently do not offer bi-weekly mowing services.
Our team follows a consistent weekly schedule. Once you’re added to our route, you’ll know the specific day of the week we’ll be there. Please note that our schedule may adjust due to weather conditions.
