Requirements for all crew members

Requirements for all crew members include:

Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs.
Must be able to work a 8-10 hour day in different types of weather including: sunny hot weather and cold rainy weather, not everyday is ideal.
Must be able to take directions from crew leaders.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to show up to work on time.
Must be show up to work prepared, this includes having a lunch, water, proper footwear.
A uniform will be provided by McGinn Property Services.

Additional Requirements for landscaping crew lead

Requirements for landscape crew members include:

A valid clean driver’s license.
2 job references.
Experience with leadership skills.
The ability to tow and back up a trailer.
The ability to take responsibility and accountability for given tasks.
Basic equipment operation of loaders, excavators and hand held equipment including hedge trimmers and bed edgers.
Must be able to complete a given task sheet provided on the daily.
Able to interact with customers professionally.

Additional Requirements for Plow truck operator

Requirements for plow truck operators include:

Must have two years minimum experience plowing with a truck.
Must have basic maintenance skills including being able to wash and grease the equipment, fix broken hoses on plows, unfreeze salters Must be able to work long hours in less than ideal conditions.
