About John
John, our owner, was born and raised in Jordan, NY. Before he could walk, he showed great interest in machines and equipment. By the age of 7, he was caring for his family's yard, doing all of the mowing and maintenance as well as special landscape projects. John graduated early from high school to spend the 2021 Harvest Season in the Midwest. Upon his return, he decided to pursue his dream of owning his own business and eventually established McGinn Property Services, LLC in 2022.
